Cool Finds...

I've decided to do some fun things w/ my blog... On Mondays I'll try to share with you all the cool things I find when I go surfing the net. :) Enjoy!

Today I'm going to brag a little. My wonderful husband is a stock broker by day, but by night, he's an artist. He's just now completed his first graphic novel (comic book). It's awesome! Copies can be purchased online. Here's where you can read From death till now. I hope you guys can find some time to read it.

He is working on another story right now... It's called Kevin and the light of Destiny. He just started this one, but you can check back each week for updates. :)

Shopping on etsy!

A few weeks ago, 2kute listed the cutest shoesies for babies. I instantly fell in love. But my baby is now 19 months old and can't just wear any shoes... So I thought, hey why not wear them at home as slippers. She LOVES LOVES to wear shoes, and I don't want her wearing her regular shoes at home, so she loves these because they look like shoes, but are soft and comfy enough just to chill at home. It is SO good! And SO SO cute! After bath time, I always put these on my daughter, and she loves to show them off around the house. :)
Aren't they so cute on?!

My favorite bow is the interchangeable bows. Why?! Because with it, you get many different looks. You can wear it alone for a simple look, of add any other bow to the top for a completely different look. My daughter has several of these and it's the one she wears the most! For a limited time only, they are on SALE!! Buy one at $4.50, originally $5.99. If you need one in a different color, just convo me and I can make it happen!!! The possibilities are endless! :)

Got bows?!

My mother in law gave my daughter a Princess hook to hang stuff from a little while ago. I put it on her closet door, mainly because I had no where to put it. Then recently I came up with an idea for it... I love that I can hang her bows from there. Pretty soon we'll run out of space and I'll have to figure something else out. :)
The "P" is covered by her special hat from her nana, aka 2kute. I LOVE that hat. :)

curls...

My husband and I both have naturally wavy hair. I straighten mine, he buzzes his hair. :) When our daughter was born, she had no hair.. Now that it's growing, we are not sure what her hair will look like. She has really thick hair, and now the back is curling up. She gets lots of compliments. Although I think it's cute, it is almost unmanageable. lol I constantly spray the back of her hair with the frizz spray and brush it... It is cute though, isn't it!? lol

What is your favorite way to do your daughter's hair? I LOVE pigtails. Absolutely my favorite. It is a bit difficult sometimes to part and brush her hair b/c she doesn't sit still, but I just love coming up w/ new bows for pigtails and love putting them on her. :) My favorite are the korker bows for pigtails...

I'm so excited that her hair is getting long and can't wait till I can do more styles. :) And she has TONS of bows to choose from :)

Coffee Mate Vs International Delight

Ok, so I am an avid coffee drinker. When I have a hard day, in the evenings instead of wine or beer, I'll have a nice cup of Joe... In the mornings, I wake up and go straight to my coffee pot. I LOVE coffee!!!! With that, I'll say that I love flavored coffee. I have recently found a coffee creamer that I love, Coffee Mate's Belgian Chocolate Toffee. It's the best of both worlds, coffee and chocolate! Yummy!!!!! There's always one container in my fridge. :)

So, this week, at the grocery store, I decided to try something different (first mistake) and the International delight Caramel Macchiato looked good to me, so I bought it to try it. I've made 2 cups of coffee using that and I have yet to taste any caramel... :/ It is a huge disappointment b/c as I've said, I love sweet, flavored coffee. So now I have this creamer sitting in my fridge that I just don't like mainly b/c I can't taste anything in it.. What to do with it?!!?

Lesson learned, I plan on sticking w/ coffee mate. I guess there's a reason why they're a little bit more expensive, and I will gladly pay the extra for their yummy flavors!!!

Which coffee creamer do you prefer??

Some of my favorites...

I was looking through my shop and wanted to share some of my favorite items w/ you guys! :)

I love this lace headband, perfect for a newborn to display those pretty bows!

A summer favorite! I love this juicy watermelon!

I LOVE this flower, it's so summery and fun. I can make this in any color you want!

This one has been my biggest hit! I've sold tons of these. I think it's so adorable. My daughter has 2 of these. :)

I have a variety of bow holders, it's hard to pick a favorite. I really like this one because it's so different. :)

My ALL TIME favorite is the interchangeable bows. I can make these in numerous colors, just ask! The best part about these bows is that you can wear it plain, or just add any single prong bow or clip to the top for a completely different look. My daughter has 1 in each color, I'd say the pink one is her most used bow in her bow collection, it gets worn all the time! :)
