New Traditions...

This year, my daughter is 13 months at Christmas time. Last year she was just a newborn, so we didn't change much about our traditions. But starting this year, I'm doing a lot of different things and starting brand new family traditions w/ her. I was so excited to buy her a little Christmas tree for her room. It's white w/ hot pink ornaments. I didn't put many ornaments on the tree b/c I know she'll be getting new ones every year. But her tree is so cute, I've been wanting a pink tree! And she even helped me decorate it! :) Another tradition we'll start this year is baking a birthday cake for Jesus. I'm very excited! And she and I have baked before, she LOVES the kitchen! Mommy has fun baking w/ her girl, but the mess she makes (all over) not so much fun. BUT it's all about the fun of it! What are your traditions with your family? I'm so looking forward to creating my own tradition for my daughter and future children!


I looked everywhere and spent a lot of time looking for the perfect dress for my daughter. I couldn't find anything I liked. Mainly because I had a specific type of dress in mind and I could not afford it (it's over $60 and that's just too much for a toddler dress). So I went to JcPenney and found this cute dress. It's not my first choice, but I liked it. I have an idea for a very unique and cute bow, I'm hoping to make it tonight. I'll post pictures as soon as it's made! :)
